By the use of relatively simple preparative techniques it is possible to carry out detailed study on the micro-structure of piant tissues and thus gain deeper understanding of the physiolosy of tbe plant. Some micrographs of leaf tissue of Rhoeas sp. and Chlerodendron sp. leaf sections are included in the paper with discussion.
